Julio was a pleasure to work with. This was a great first lease experience for my mother and the service was extremely helpful all around.
The most important part of this experience was that I was treated with respect and civility. Dimitry went above and beyond to simply provide the best service for his clients. In the past, other dealerships have treated my family and me with disdain. However, Dimitry is the exact opposite; he genuinely cares about his customers. I’m exceedingly happy with the leased vehicle and I will make sure to recommend this location due to the professionalism and respect that Dimitry represented.
I went to Nissan of Westbury on Saturday Sept 29th for an oil change and tire rotation, before I could come out my truck.. I was greeted by the reception, informing me there was a 2 hrs wait, giving me the option to stay or come back another day. I decided to stay since my oil change was overdue. In the waiting room had a lot of people, but the atmosphere was very chill. To my surprise, pizza, donut ,coffee and candy was available while you wait. That's what I called customer service going above and beyond. 1 hr and 15mins later, she called my name saying my truck was ready. I was super happy I got 45min back..I can't remember her name. I believe it Begins with an S, Thanks for making my oil change experience pleasant. I purchase my truck at the Nissan of Westbury over a year ago and the service dept always send me a coupon and a reminder to get my service done. Thank you services dept, your team represent your company well, I can also say the same for your sale guy Lou. He was fantastic as well
- I think Nissan of Westbury could be a little more organized as a whole. When I got my car on Sunday, there was no second key and it seemed like the team was in a rush to get the car off of the lot instead of taking the time to do the required maintenance. My car’s engine light on Sunday evening was on.. so you can imagine the frustration of just purchasing a new car and seeing that pop up on the dashboard. When I brought the car back and picked it up later on tuesday, I was told that the required maintainence of the car had not been completed(hooking up some computer to the car to make sure it was updated). Nonetheless, I think that this was unacceptable and a rather stressful moment for me. Additionally, I still don’t have a second key. It either can’t be located or it was never made. Regardless, these things should be kept handy. - the only reason I’m actually giving this review 4 stars instead of the 3 that i think it deserves is because of Dimitry, who has been nothing but professional and patient during this entire process. He’s been extremely helpful and reassuring that whatever issues we have would be fixed and he’ll make sure of it. He has really overextended himself.
Steve B. is always so professional and friendly. He listens and consistently addresses our concerns. He exceeds our expectations and makes tune ups and oil changes easy to get done. We love him.
