First let me say that we ended up at Westbury Nissan after a very bad experience with an extremely rude salesman at Amityville Nissan. When we walked into Westbury Nissan we were greeted with welcoming smiles and were treated with respect. Our salesman Dan Ingardi was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He made the whole process of purchasing a new car enjoyable. I would highly recommend Dan Ingardi and Westbury Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new car.
Gary was extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 starts was because after all of the paperwork and payments were complete, we were told they just needed 15 minutes to detail the car. An hour later the car finally pulls up, but now the guy needed to take it to get gas. It was disappointing after such a positive experience how much time we had wasted just sitting and waiting for the car.

My Experience Was Great I Am Very Happy With My Purchase
I went to Nissan of Westbury on Saturday Sept 29th for an oil change and tire rotation, before I could come out my truck.. I was greeted by the reception, informing me there was a 2 hrs wait, giving me the option to stay or come back another day. I decided to stay since my oil change was overdue. In the waiting room had a lot of people, but the atmosphere was very chill. To my surprise, pizza, donut ,coffee and candy was available while you wait. That's what I called customer service going above and beyond. 1 hr and 15mins later, she called my name saying my truck was ready. I was super happy I got 45min back..I can't remember her name. I believe it Begins with an S, Thanks for making my oil change experience pleasant. I purchase my truck at the Nissan of Westbury over a year ago and the service dept always send me a coupon and a reminder to get my service done. Thank you services dept, your team represent your company well, I can also say the same for your sale guy Lou. He was fantastic as well
