Vish, the Salesperson was wonderful, very knowledgeable and did his best to get us the lease price we wanted. He worked very to have the deal go through. He even gave me his cell number if I have any questions.
My experience at Nissan of Westbury was great, the staff was very helpful and courteous, it shows that they value me as a customer; which is important to me. Best of all the service was very fast.

In the past, other dealerships have treated my family and me with disdain. However, Dimitry is the exact opposite; he genuinely cares about his customers. Our salesman, Dimitry Charlot, was really outstanding. He was knowledgeable, pleasant but not pushy, and his follow up was great. If you buy a car there ask for him. Overall, the dealership was much improved from the last time we were there in 2015. I’ve not gone to the service group yet, but my previous experiences were terrible. In particular one service manager was awful (Sheldon). Candidly, I was very hesitant to buy another car from that dealership because of the bad service experience, but Dimitry won us over. I’m told the service area is an area they have been focused on improving.
went shopping everywhere and Nick was by far the best salesman i have ever came across, honest, patient, listened to what i wanted and went out of his way to make sure i got the car and the color i wanted. will definitly be coming back to see him for my next lease
