I went to Nissan to buy a car , I left the same day with a Nissan Rogue , I was extremely impressed with Darlene and Mina , excellent sales people , very hands on and very knowledgeable, friendly , I was very satisfied with the financial department, they make u feel comfortable and they explain everything, overall a very happy experience, thank you to the staff at Nissan pre-owed office !!!

Lost and confused

Ok so i am confused I went thru the whole process and walked out with little money down with a 2016 maxima I have bad credit but they worked with me. Now what i am confused about is they told me to leave them a check but they wouldn't cash it was only for the bank to cover my a** if the bank asked any questions about my down payment (i only gave them $1,000) but jess from finanve and her husband explained that IF the bank asks any questions they will just show them the copy of the check. Now it didnt and still dont make any sense to me. Can someone explain it to me?

Gary was extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 starts was because after all of the paperwork and payments were complete, we were told they just needed 15 minutes to detail the car. An hour later the car finally pulls up, but now the guy needed to take it to get gas. It was disappointing after such a positive experience how much time we had wasted just sitting and waiting for the car.
